Join our President, Chris Howard to explore one of the most popular parts of the North Downs Way – the long-distance walking route from Farnham to Canterbury.
This 12-mile walk is suitable for all relatively fit people wanting to discover this famous route with an experienced guide.
Chris is a North Downs Way Ambassador who regularly leads walks across the Surrey Hills. There are some hills on this walk but we will tackle them at a leisurely pace.
You will learn about the history of the area and enjoy some beautiful views along the way.
This is an all day walk, so please bring lots of water, perhaps a small flask of tea or coffee, packed lunch.
To complete the journey, once we reach Guildford Railway Station we will take the train back to Farnham Station where the walk commenced.
